This role sits at the intersection of creativity and analytics—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful, data-driven social strategies. 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. 
  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target B2B audiences across multiple platforms. 
  • Manage and grow social media channels both organically and through paid media in partnership with external agencies. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, traffic, leads) to continuously optimize campaigns. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, sales, and merchandising teams to deliver integrated campaigns. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and influencers while actively engaging with audiences and responding to inquiries. 
  • Develop editorial calendars, define KPIs, and manage budgets to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution. 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and engaging content. 
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices in a B2B environment 
  • Creativity and innovation with a strong ability to develop fresh ideas and differentiated campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform decisions. 
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams. 
  • High energy, ownership mindset, and passion for social media and brand storytelling 

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven record of campaign success 
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office 
  • 2+ years’ experience with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Express or video editing software for short-form video, graphics, and branded content. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing B2B social media campaigns and working with large, complex brands. 
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and managing paid social media initiatives.
