We are looking to hire an Associate Site Experience Manager that will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives pertaining to the ongoing improvement of Quill’s onsite shopping experience, across the web areas of browse, promotional landing, and curated assortment pages. In the areas of eCommerce merchandising of the website’s browse path and landing pages related to category promotions & curated assortments, this role will lead more direct ideation and facilitation of customer experience enhancement projects, testing, and KPI monitoring. This role will drive material impact to sales growth, share of wallet improvements and customer experience improvement by utilizing web behavior data and other business insights from merchant partners when executing & measuring changes to the shopping experience. This person should have an entrepreneurial, fast paced mindset and live our test and learn culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle the operational guidance / execution of:
- Search term optimization efforts, using search logic manipulation capabilities available, to produce positive return on KPIs
- Landing pages needed to support retail media network advertisements
- Browse path & merchandising spotlight page template production / updates
- Identifying & facilitating opportunities for improvement to cross-functional operations / collaboration
- Manage project pipeline of identifying, and testing into, new user experience features/improvements related to aligned web selling areas (ex: Browse, landing pages)
- Utilizing competitor analysis/benchmarking and available web/customer analytics to support business case for pursuing a particular change to the online customer experience
- Monitor the performance metrics of the web areas under their management to evaluate impacts of changes made and/or identify shifts in trend, areas of opportunity, etc. to explore further
- Communicate web reporting/KPIs clearly with management and stakeholders to convey insights to current and/or trended web performance
- Collaborates continuously with SEO, UI/UX, developers, and others to drive personalized, simple, and intuitive user experiences
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce/Product Management/Search or Online Merchandising
- 1+ years of analytical skills - ability to produce, interpret, and make business recommendations/decisions from eCommerce data (Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics)
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written & verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- Time/Project Management - Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks based on fluctuating deadlines while continually meeting due dates and maintaining a positive attitude
