Senior Change Management Specialist

What you will be doing:
Plan, coordinate and execute change initiatives across business processes, systems and technologies.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations; facilitate train-the-trainer sessions.
Develop engaging training content and structured learning paths.
Deliver training and performance support across modalities.
Write and maintain SOPs, process flows, procedures and job aids; manage knowledge base.
Manage intake of change requests; communicate timelines and updates.
Track adoption metrics and prepare leadership readouts.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience creating multimedia training tools.
Experience developing SOPs and process flows.
Detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
Adaptability and flexibility.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
2+ years' experience developing training content.
2+ years supporting change initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience with OCM frameworks.
Experience using dashboards or analytics tools.

**The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.
