Role Summary
As the Executive Assistant II, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Sales and Sales Leadership Team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient coordination of processes and priorities, enabling leadership to focus on driving revenue and organizational performance. Your expertise will help manage complex calendars, organize critical meetings, and support the execution of sales initiatives, making you an essential part of our fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What you will be doing:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel logistics, and serve as a liaison between Sales and internal teams, while organizing events and handling logistics for both in-office and external activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports, develop meeting agendas, create materials and presentations, and ensure timely follow-up documentation for leadership and sales Support preparation of executive reports and sales performance materials.
- Assist in coordinating responses to customer escalations, quality issues, and operational inquiries.
- Monitor and manage action items and follow-ups related to revenue initiatives and leadership commitments.
- Support the creation and preparation of executive reports and sales performance materials.

- Support overall office functionality including visitor coordination, meeting space preparation, and supply management.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Critical thinking and ability to anticipate leadership needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and working knowledge of AI-enabled tools.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across teams.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel, advanced PowerPoint.
- Prior experience with AI productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or other revenue-generating functions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales processes.
- Proficiency with collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Slack) and virtual meeting coordination.
