VR Analyst Accounts Payable

What you’ll be doing:
As a VR Analyst Accounts Payable, you will be an integral part of the finance team, specializing in managing Vendor Relations (VR) related financial transactions. This role requires a blend of VR technology understanding and accounts payable expertise. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of VR related invoices, reconciliation of payments, and contribute to financial reporting.
- Process and verify VR related invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions for VR services and products.
- Manage vendor relationships specific to VR technology.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to VR expenditures.
- Analyze financial data related to VR expenses and provide reports.
What you bring to the table:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Basic understanding of VR technology and its financial aspects.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 0-2+ years of experience in accounts payable processes, with an emphasis in vendor relationships
- Previous experience in financial software and MS Office.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable, with VR technology exposure preferred.
