What you’ll be doing:
- This role resides on a team focused on pricing systems, tools, and analytics supporting the broader pricing and sales organizations.
- TheSenior Analyst, Pricing will manage Healthcare accounts and help drive long-term sales and profitability. This role requires strong business acumen, project and change management skills, and creative problem-solving. You’ll prepare competitive bid proposals, manage pricing contracts, and provide strategic analysis and recommendations for a defined business segment.
What you bring to the table:
- Drive pricing processes for Healthcare accounts including business margin forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare detailed and persuasive bid proposals tailored to customer needs and highlighting our value proposition.
- Conduct complex business modeling and ad hoc analysis to provide actionable insights and inform key business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Partner with Directors and Account Managers to support sales growth through data-driven initiatives and insights.
- Lead internal and external stakeholders in maintaining pricing contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, measuring ROI and business impact.
- Routinely exercise independent judgment to develop innovative methods and solutions to meet team objectives.
What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with large datasets and numbers; proficient in Excel, Access, Power BI, and SQL
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or related quantitative work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience interpreting Customer Legal Agreements and Terms
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Engineering
