As the Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing multiple sections or a major section of our software engineering operations. Your in-depth understanding of business practices will be vital in influencing strategic and operational decisions. This role demands a balance between people leadership and hands-on contribution to software engineering, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the assigned sections of work
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of software products and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, system goals, and requirements.
Direct the software engineering team in producing high-quality software that meets business needs and objectives.
Drive best practices in software development, ensuring coding standards, testing methodologies, and documentation.
Participate in architectural decisions and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Monitor software engineering processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of latest software development technologies and methodologies to ensure the team's competitiveness.

Experience leading AI-enabled product initiatives, including data-driven automation, intelligent recommendations, and customer-facing bots that reduce manual effort and scale across large, distributed platforms.
Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, leveraging data signals (e.g., incomplete inputs, customer intent, seasonal trends, vendor promotions) to inform AI-driven solutions.
Brings deep expertise in .Net & SQL commerce systems, with hands-on experience across legacy platforms, modern architectures, and software as a service (SaaS) solution.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with fluency in languages like .net, SQL and C#.
3+ years of managerial experience within software development teams.
Comprehensive understanding of modern software development tools, practices, and methodologies.
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale software projects.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a similar domain.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or specific software language certifications.
Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD practices, and tools.
Proven strategic planning skills, especially in tech-driven initiatives.
Experience defining and launching AI-powered features such as intelligent product recommendations, automated content updates, customer service bots, or workflow automation in eCommerce or B2B platforms.
Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems (e.g., data lakes, analytics platforms, ML-driven decision systems) and using insights to drive product prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Demonstrated success scaling products globally, balancing regional considerations while maintaining a unified platform strategy.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
