As a Business Analyst – Technology, you will play a key role in supporting financial and operational reporting for a large, multinational IT services environment. This role is ideal for an early-career analyst who enjoys working with data, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping teams make better decisions through insights and analysis. You’ll contribute to improving internal processes while gaining exposure to pricing, sales operations, and business analytics in a fast-paced B2B organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create, publish, and maintain financial and operational reports using Excel
- Manage data, build queries, and maintain data tables using Power BI and MS Access
- Analyze business data, identify trends, and report key findings to support decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Sales teams to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Support pricing analysis by gathering data, validating inputs, and helping ensure accurate pricing information across systems
- Provide reporting and insights on pricing trends, quote activity, margins, and overall business performance
- Assist in documenting and improving processes related to pricing requests, approvals, quoting, and order flow
- Troubleshoot and support Excel-based reports and other business applications
- Use Microsoft Outlook and Teams to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners

- Attention to detail and a curiosity to understand how pricing, reporting, and operations impact the business
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders with varying needs
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous process improvement
What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience or internship experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related area
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with data, reports, and dashboards
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to pricing analysis, quote support, reporting, or sales data management
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or reporting tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or MS Access
- Strong business acumen with interest in how pricing decisions impact margin, revenue, and sales performance
- Experience working in a cross-functional, high-volume business environment
- Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and data governance

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity.
