What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as a key contributor within the Facility Solutions sales model, supporting and driving sales initiatives for Janitorial/Sanitation and Breakroom product categories
- Engage with existing and potential Staples Business customers via online chat, email, phone, video conferencing, and digital channels
- Sell a range of products and solutions including cleaning chemicals, paper products, dispensers, hand soap, sanitizers, safety supplies, and coffee programs using effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless service and optimize client outcomes
- Handle pricing requests, customize quotes, and present proposals to organizational stakeholders
- Utilize marketing materials to demonstrate product and service value
- Manage sales pipeline, review account spend, and process quotes using digital tools
- Consistently achieve or exceed established performance targets
What you bring to the table:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service
- High school diploma or GED required
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Janitorial/Sanitation or Breakroom industry experience
- 1+ years’ experience in B2B sales or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software
