Software Engineer II-Framingham, MA (Hybrid)
ApplyWe are seeking an experienced Adobe Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies. As a key technical leader, you will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to architect scalable, customer-centric digital experiences that drive engagement, personalization, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEP, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, RTCDP).
- Translate business goals into robust, integrated technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, product, UX, and marketing—to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and design standards for Adobe platform usage.
- Evaluate current-state systems and provide guidance on integration patterns, data models, APIs, and cloud hosting strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and stay current with Adobe innovations, emerging MarTech trends, and industry best practices.
- Mentor developers and engineers, conducting architecture reviews and ensuring adherence to design principles.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital solutions, or technical consulting.
- Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and at least one of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, or RTCDP.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with data strategy, customer identity management, and real-time personalization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
- Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Certified Master Architect) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with complementary martech and commerce platforms (Salesforce, Shopify, Bloomreach, Hightouch, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and headless CMS/commerce approaches.
