- Create process mapping and support the development of onsite operational roadmaps, documenting considerations for solution integrations and technology deployments.
- Partner closely with Product and technical providers to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and oversee reconciliation processes, acting as the primary escalation point.
- Monitor onsite advertising performance metrics and produce regular reporting to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Billing to ensure operational processes support accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and internal reporting.
- Work with the Media Planning team to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and meet all technical specifications and brand standards.
- Ensure campaigns deliver against all performance expectations.
- Execute special projects as assigned by the Lead Advertising Operations Manager.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Curiosity and passion for digital marketing, MadTech, AdTech, and the evolving retail media landscape.
- Strong understanding of retail media, including programmatic, managed service, onsite operations, and supporting technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Placement Order Management Systems, or similar ad‑serving/OMS platforms.
- Familiarity with display, search, social, DSPs, and onsite advertising channels.
- Ability to manage deadlines and milestones across multiple simultaneous projects and vendors.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with experience delivering fact‑based analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- High proficiency using Excel or similar analytical tools; i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.
- A strategic execution mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to triage needs across cross-functional teams.
