What you’ll be doing:

  • The Lead Art Designer is responsible for design execution of omni-channel campaign & brand related designs as handed down from Art Director or Associate Creative Director
  • Deliver compelling designs across a variety of digital, video and print-based assets with a focus on email communications
  • This position works very closely with the Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, project management team, marketing operations and copywriters
  • Support our omni-channel campaign and brand related initiatives.
  • Leverage brand identity guidelines, the Lead Art Designer will execute creative as directed by Art Director and/or Associate Creative Director against campaign or brand objectives
  • Ensure creative is consistent with brand guidelines (templates) in timely manner
  • Responsible for updating (email) template library as directed by Art Director and/or Associate Creative Director

  • Communication: Strong listening skills, customer service skills, proofreading skills, verbal communications, and the ability to translate Art Director / Associate Creative Director tasks to compelling design executions
  • Consistency: Draw from template library to develop brand/campaign-based design executions
  • Management: Ability to update and manage template library as directed by Art Director / Associate Creative Director
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a team or individually as required
  • Decisiveness: Strong decision-making skills

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional-level experience required; in-house creative team or agency  

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Experience in omni-channel communications and understand fundamental marketing engagement and customer experience practices
  • Expertise in relevant design applications & creative software (Adobe CS, premiere, after effects, photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Cinema 4D, Davinci Resolve etc.)
  • Working knowledge of project management tools i.e., Workfront, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices in the B2C and SMB fields
  • Practical experience in Content Management Systems and Image management
