This is a Hybrid role with a ONE day in-office expectation at either the Maitland, FL or Deerfield, FL office.

Position Summary:
The Lenovo Champion will collaborate in a joint sales motion with our Technology Executives to drive increased penetration of Lenovo products & solutions into existing customers and new prospects. The Lenovo Champion is responsible for achieving revenue and gross profit goals for Lenovo alongside their Sr. Champion counterpart. This position will operate in a dynamic environment, adjusting to market & industry conditions as needed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop & drive sales activities like call days with focus on approved priorities
- Assist Sr. Champion in day-to-day pipeline management, prioritization, and support increasing our Lenovo win rate
- Promote and educate Staples’ sales teams on products, services, sales, and marketing initiatives
- Qualify, prepare, and present complex hardware, software, and services solutions to Staples’ sales teams
- Support team with pricing (Deal regs), configurations, availability, lead qualification, and support driving field alignment with Lenovo Reps
- Work with both Intel & AMD as needed to secure customer seed units through demo programs
- Collaborate and partner with merchants, PDMs and the Sr. Champion to deliver vendor and internal campaigns that will have measurable results in driving profitable sales
- Deliver program updates and changes to partners and support team as needed
- Attend Lenovo team calls, specific commercial product manager calls, and trainings
- Assist sellers with triaging aged open orders
- Manage Partner Portal activities
- Support the creation of sales collateral as needed through direct efforts and/or partner driven efforts
- Provide project management support for Lenovo sales activation, marketing, and incentive programs
- Support PDO & Sr. Champion in training programs, i.e., Lunch and Learns, Focus week trainings, and self-paced programs
- Develop and maintain expertise on Lenovo product portfolio, programs, competition, and the industry trends
- Attend trainings to ensure complete knowledge of all Lenovo Hardware products and programs
What you bring to the table:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Ability to develop winning proposals, collect and analyze data, support, and conduct client business reviews that lead to customer retention and profitable sales growth
Qualifications:
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience selling desktop technology (including computing devices) and peripherals to customers at the administrative, management, and sr. management level
- Direct Account management experience selling PC technology to corporate, commercial, and enterprise customers
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to operate in legacy ERP systems (MicroStrategy, Sunrise/Sequoia, menu-based systems)
- Experience with Infrastructure Sales recommended
