Pay:  $22.00/Hourly

Shift Hours:  7:00am-3:30pm/Monday-Friday

What you’ll be doing:

• Investigate and research inquiries made by sales, other departments and freight carriers via email or phone calls.  
• Direct and assist in the shipping process of identified program orders so they are all shipped the same day or within 48 hours. 
• Develop and maintain tracking information for distribution manager and supervisors
• Knowledge of systems and procedures

• Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions
• Ability to attend to detail to investigate problems
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales, fellow associates and other departments

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of computer skills- Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access)
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).

• Prior related experience
