Our team ensures that our mobile, desktop, and app platforms deliver the digital experience that our customers expect. We do this through customer insights, analytics, and testing to build a strong innovation pipeline for the future and to bring products and solutions to market seamlessly. We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. We work end-to-end with our sales, merchandising, finance, logistics, marketing, and technology teams to provide a world-class, holistic digital experience, growing profitable results in a fun and rewarding work environment. As Senior Manager of Product Management – HR Platforms, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for tools and platforms supporting our Human Resources operations. This includes internal systems like Oracle HCM and other tools that support workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational scalability.

You will collaborate with HR leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to optimize systems and support company-wide talent initiatives through scalable, digital-first platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct research and competitive benchmarking to define a future-facing HR systems strategy.
  • Manage the product roadmap for HR technologies, including Oracle HCM and related platforms.
  • Prioritize initiatives and maintain detailed backlogs, epics, and user stories.
  • Partner closely with HR teams to ensure tools align with workforce, compliance, and engagement strategies.
  • Assess platform capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance or replace systems.
  • Lead and coach a team of product owners.
  • Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to document product workflows and manage team tasks.
  • Drive integration, security, and self-service improvements across HR platforms.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Expertise in product management for HR tools and enterprise applications.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and change management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to move teams from tactical support to strategic ownership of internal tools.
  • Collaborative leadership style and a passion for enabling people-driven outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in product management or related role, focused on enterprise systems.
  • 3+ years of experience managing product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in related field.
  • 5+ years experience in HR product management.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR operational strategy and employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in B2B, supply chain, or office supplies industry is a plus.
