Digital Program Management team is more than a traditional program management function. We are a team of passionate, collaborative, agile, inventive, customer-centric, results-oriented problem solvers. This includes responsibility for managing projects end-to-end through the planning, development, execution, and implementation stages. Overall, this role contributes to an organizational function that plays an important role in moving the organization forward by providing large-scale improvements across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivers multiple business projects/programs of medium to large size that are highly complex, from planning to realization, with full responsibility and accountability for outcomes.
  • Organizes and tracks project details while communicating consistently with project stakeholders and cross-functional personnel.
  • Takes a lead role in program budgeting and financial oversight, focusing heavily on cross-program budget planning, estimating, and cost tracking. Collaborates with teams to forecast, assess, and reconcile costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partners closely with the Technology team (Software Development Services) and Agile Office Team, integrating budgetary analysis with development workflows and agile delivery metrics.
  • Develops, analyzes, and manages all touch points of the project plan, including scheduling, global resource forecasting, managing project financials, and providing input and justification for costs and budget impact.
  • Clearly defines and documents requirements across teams ensuring feasibility, cost-to-deliver, and value to customer/business.
  • Leads large project teams by managing resource allocation, communicating vision and objectives, and providing technical insight.
  • Ensures approved business cases exist for executive-sponsored programs, and defines approach, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables for projects.
  • Partners with Product/Engineering/Business on RFI/RFP processes and ensures 3rd party vendor alignment.
  • Tracks and reports on key program metrics (e.g., financials, deliverables, KPIs) and facilitates executive-level governance (e.g., SteerCos).
  • Owns the project execution plan and business objectives, partnering with Engineering and/or Functional teams to translate strategy into execution.
  • Continuously builds capability via formal and informal learning opportunities.
  • Applies deep functional knowledge across departments (Marketing, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to align diverse stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Deep understanding of project estimating, financial planning, and cost management across large programs.
  • Experience leading complex initiatives across cross-functional, matrixed teams.
  • Ability to foster team collaboration and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and business process reengineering experience.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management with proven success in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing operational and program budgets.
  • Experience working with project sizing, effort estimation, and cost forecasting.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Retail or eCommerce experience strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise project planning and coordination, with significant exposure to projects requiring integration of cross-functional solutions.
  • 6+ years’ experience using formal business process improvement methodologies.
