The Business Analyst will support the Operational Excellence team in driving eProcurement solutions, partnership management, and operational efficiency projects. This role involves analyzing business processes, developing strategic solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue opportunities and operational performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support eProcurement (3PP) business and GTM strategy between Staples Business and customer eProcurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
- Support partnerships with eProcurement platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and develop new creative partnerships and business development opportunities, including private marketplace integrations, incubation projects, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to drive incremental revenue.
- Contribute to operational excellence projects, such as reducing cancelled web order line items to improve Delivery by Date Promised (DbDP) performance.
- Analyze and proactively manage customer closure exceptions to optimize delivery schedules.
- Evaluate efficiency project opportunities from various departments, proposing logical solutions through cross-functional collaboration, process changes, or developing new solutions when optimal.
- Design and implement solutions for operational and efficiency challenges, leveraging data analysis and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with eProcurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or process improvement methodologies.
- Ideal for recent graduates.
