What you’ll be doing:

  • The Sr Inside Sales Team Manager will lead and manage an inside sales team. Responsibility in sales strategy development, team leadership, and performance optimization. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and ensure seamless operations across diverse locations. The Sr. Inside Sales Team Manager will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity. 
  • Consistent coaching, development, and accountability to ensure selling processes, strategies, and initiatives are executed with quality and efficiency to grow and retain sales. 
  • Conduct consistent call coaching sessions and crucial conversations. 
  • Attend appointments, customer account reviews and/or trade shows. 
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
  • Consistent audits (dispositions); address gaps and ensure team is calibrated based on business direction

What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to efficiently manage a remote team with limited sales experience
  • Ability in results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities
  • Advanced selling & negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management skills (mentoring, coaching, counselling) for sales personnel optimization
  • Excellent computer skills and technology competence
  • A passion for recruiting, retaining, and developing talented sales professionals.
  • A collaborative mindset that brings ideas and solutions together to ensure successful team and customer outcomes.
  • Advanced Salesforce users

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • High School or GED Equivalent 
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years sales management experience              

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
